Kitchen designs are a very intricate and detailed design project. Learning how a client uses their kitchen is the key to a successful project.

Whether it's a master bath, hall bath or powder room, a bathroom is an essential part of a home. A  functional bathroom can also be beautiful.

KEYS TO A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT

Designing to a Budget

By starting with a comfortable investment price, we can work together to make educated decisions on where to spend your investment. Is a Viking range a priority in your new kitchen?  By keeping a budget in mind, we can choose where to cut costs by selecting a less expensive but equally as gorgeous backsplash.

Homework

The success of a project, is based on how many decisions were made prior to breaking ground. Change Orders can add unexpected and unnecessary costs to a project. Although sometimes Change Orders are unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances, by selecting materials, purchasing fixtures, and having a detailed plan before construction starts, we can avoid long lead times and back orders (and in turn, your contractor can provide a stress free project that comes in on time and on budget).

Make it Make Sense

My goal when designing any space, is to make it make sense. Every design decision, design feature and design aesthetic, has a thought and reason behind it. From providing extra pantry space for a growing family, to maintaining adequate traffic flow areas by increasing square footage for entertaining, my goal is to meet clients needs and desires, while creating a space that is functional, as well as beautiful.

Need to Know Numbers

In addition to knowing your budget, there are numbers you should know before making the decision to remodel. How long do you see yourself living in the home? What is your home worth, and how will this investment effect the homes value, based on the neighborhood?
